Please do the following steps to fix your problem:
Download Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller:
- Download Flash Player Uninstaller tool from Adobe Website
- Save the downloaded file to your desktop.
- Exit all the applications that use Flash Player, for example, your web browser(s), Yahoo Messenger, and so on.
- Run the downloaded file. Follow the on screen instructions, and then restart the machine.
- Download a fresh copy of Adobe Flash Player for any of the below web browsers: Internet Explorer
- Start the installation
Mozilla Firefox Google Chrome

Verify Internet Settings:
The Security and Java Script settings of your web browsers can be incorrect. Please do this:
- Open Internet Explorer, click Tools | Internet Options.
- Click Security tab
- Select Trusted Sites zone.
- Click Default Level button.
- Move the slider until Medium option is selected.
- Click Custom Level button.
- Under Scripting, select Enable option.
- Click OK.
- Now, please do all above the steps while selecting Internet zone in the Step 3.
Disable and Re-Enable the Add-On:
Just disabling and then re-enabling the add-on can fix your problem:
- Open Internet Explorer, click Tools | Manage Add-Ons.
- Select Shockwave Flash Object, and click Disable.
- Click OK and restart IE.
- Repeat Step 1.
- Select Shockwave Flash Object, and click Enable option.
- Click OK and restart IE.
Delete a Registry Key:
Delete a registry key specified below. It stores configuration data and policy settings of Adobe Flash Player. Here's the actual steps:
Caution: Please backup your registry first!! Open Registry Editor (Steps given below), click File | Export. Specify a name for the backup, for example, Reg_Backup_Oct_18, and click Save.
- Click Start.
- Type RegEdit in the Search box or Run box.
- Browse this registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility
- Delete this key: {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000}
How to restore your registry backup in case a problem occurs to your PC?
Open Registry Editor (Steps given above), click File | Import. Select the backup file, and click Open button.
