First of all, fire up your web browser and open Adobe website:

A new dialog will appear asking whether to run or save the file. Click the Run button.
The download process will begin. You’ll get the download details as well.
When the download is completed, you’ll be asked to confirm running the downloaded file. Click Run to start the installation program.
The setup program will automatically download and install the program. Close your web browser before the process begins.
After the download and install process is finished, click the Finish button.
